In short
We only collect the information you send us yourself, to reply to you and keep you informed about our projects. We do not sell it. The site uses no analytics and no advertising. The only source of third-party cookies is the Google Maps map, which only loads if you allow it.

3A Développements is responsible for the personal information collected by this site. For any question or request, write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information at 3adevelopements@gmail.com.
Information collected and how we use it
When you fill out the registration form or write to us, we receive in our inbox your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, the unit type you are interested in, your desired move-in date and your message. We use them to:
- answer your questions;
- send you information about our projects (floor plans, rents, move-in date), with your consent;
- follow up on your rental application, if you make one.
The form sends nothing by itself: it prepares an email in your own email app, which you choose to send or not.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. It may be processed by our service providers (website hosting and email service) only so that we can operate, and these providers may store it outside Québec. The website host may log technical data such as IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as you want to hear from us, then for at most three years after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer (for example for a lease).
Cookies and browser storage
A cookie is a small file saved by your browser. Here is everything the site stores:

By default, everything that is not essential is turned off. You can change your mind at any time. Cookies Google has already set can be deleted in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to receive our communications. Write to us at 3adevelopements@gmail.com: we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only and runs no third-party scripts. Access to our mailboxes is limited to the people who need it.

We will post any change to this policy here, with its update date.
